Returns Policy

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from DesignerXS. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. You may return a item to us within 14 days of receipt of the item as follows -

  • When retuning an item to us you are required to pay for the return shipping.

If items arrive damaged you must sign for the delivery as damaged, call us immediately for instructions. If you sign for the item in "Good Condition" and not note it as damage you may invaildate your right to retune the item.

In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or for closed addresses we will charge the customer for the costs involved for any storage, redelivery or return charges. Furthermore the customer will be liable for any further shipping charges back to their address including any returns charge to us. No refunds will be issued for items returned to us and not collected, we further retain the right to dispose of items after 3 months.

  • An RMA No. (Return Merchant Authorisation Number) is required for all returns, this number must be clearly displayed on the outside of any package we are unable to process any items without an RMA number.
